Refund & Return Policy

 Eligibility for Returns

o    You can request a return or exchange when you receiving your order.

o    Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

o    Sale items, innerwear, or custom-made items cannot be returned.


🔄 Exchange Policy

o    We offer size or color exchanges if the item is available in stock.

o    Shipping cost for exchanges will be shared based on reason (see “Shipping Responsibility” below).


💵 Refund Policy

o    If you choose not to exchange, you can request a refund.

o    Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

o    Refund will be made via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, or bank transfer).


🚚 Shipping Responsibility

o    If the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us, we will bear all shipping costs.

o    If the return is due to personal preference (size, color, etc.), you will need to cover return shipping.


 Items Not Eligible for Return

o    Used, washed, damaged, or altered clothing.

o    Items returned without tags or original packaging.

o    Items beyond the return window.

o    Clearance or sale items.


📦 How to Return

15.          Email or message our support team with your order number and reason for return.

16.          Carefully pack the item and submit to our messenger.

17.          Once we receive and verify the product, your refund/exchange will be processed.
