condition with all tags and packaging intact.
o Sale
items, innerwear, or custom-made items cannot be returned.

offer size or color exchanges if the item is available in
stock.
o Shipping
cost for exchanges will be shared based on reason (see “Shipping
Responsibility” below).

choose not to exchange, you can request a refund.
o Refunds
are processed within 7 working days after we receive and
inspect the returned item.
o Refund
will be made via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, or bank
transfer).

Responsibility
o If the
return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us, we will bear all
shipping costs.
o If the
return is due to personal preference (size, color, etc.), you will need
to cover return shipping.

o Used,
washed, damaged, or altered clothing.
o Items
returned without tags or original packaging.
o Items
beyond the return window.
o Clearance
or sale items.

message our support team with your order number and reason for return.
16. Carefully
pack the item and submit to our messenger.
17. Once we
receive and verify the product, your refund/exchange will be processed.
